  • Certain items, such as customized or clearance products, may not be eligible for returns.

To start a return:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected for eligibility.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products returned without prior approval or outside the return window.
